We had a system-wide email and dial-up issue that started about 9:30pm last night.  The problem was intermitted until about 2:30am, when both systems went down entirely.

Starting Saturday night, 6/7/2008 at 11:00PM PST, we are performing scheduled maintenance on our garlic.com e-mail server.  During this time you will notice intermittent connectivity issues with your garlic.com e-mail account.  This will affect both sending and receiving of e-mail.

We are experiencing some speed issues with our garlic.com e-mail server.  Our technicians are currently looking into the issue.
Please note that this affects only customers with a garlic.com e-mail address.  All domain-based shared hosting accounts are not affected.
All other systems are up and fully operational.

Most of the web sites from the old spear.garlic.com have now been migrated to the new machine.  Some of you may experience missing e-mails from the past few days - they will arrive in your mailbox shortly.

Incoming Mail Server Information:
- mail.garlic.com
Outgoing Mail Server Information:
- mail.garlic.com
- Port 587
- “My Server Requires Authentication” box is checked
