We are experiencing an issue with our primary cross connect between San Martin and Hollister. Some customers may experience high latency or slower than normal speeds. We expect to have an update from Charter shortly. All other systems are up and fully operational.

Pinntel issue resolved
The outage has been resolved, service was restored at about 9:10pm.
Pinntel outage
We are experiencing a network outage involving ALL Pinntel customers in the San Benito County area. AT&T’s technicians are currently working on the issue. We should have an update shortly.
Covad Scheduled Maintenance
Covad is doing scheduled maintenance which is effecting all Covad T1 customers. Service will be restored by 5am PST.
Tivoli Server Back Up
The Tivoli server is back up now. Server was successfully upgraded.
Tivoli Server Down for Upgrades
Our tape backup server which runs Tivoli is temporarily down for upgrades. This is an urgent upgrade that is needed. Backups will be temporarily offline until later this afternoon, 5:00pm PST. We appreciate your understanding in this urgent upgrade.
Mail Server Reboot
